Symptoms

The following error message is received when attempting to perform a subinventory transfer using a lot controlled item:

 

Steps

  1. Navigate Inventory > Transactions > Subinventory Transfer
  2. Enter following values:
    • Type: Subinventory Transfer
    • Item
    • Subinventory
    • Locator
    • Lot Number
    • To Subinv
    • Lot
    • Quantity
  3. Save and receive the error
