Unable To Save Credit Hold Checkbox On Customer Profile (Doc ID 2728387.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Control

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is unable to save  credit_hold checkbox  on customer level profile for any account .
Found that Credit Check Failure Hold definition has been  End Dated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that Credit Hold Check box should get saved so that it creates Hold source.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order management super user
2. Customer > Query Customer
3. Enable credit Hold Check box
4.Save it
5 Requery Customer and see Credit Hold check box is not saved.
