Unable To Save Credit Hold Checkbox On Customer Profile (Doc ID 2728387.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User is unable to save credit hold checkbox on customer level profile for any customer account. Found that “Credit Check Failure” hold definition has been end dated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that Credit Hold Check box can be enabled so that it creates hold source

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Order Management Super User responsibility

2. Menu path >Customer > Standard > Query Customer > Account Profile

3. Enable credit Hold Check box

4. Save it

5. Re-query Customer and see Credit Hold check box is not saved
