Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, PI Framework

When attempting to create a batch from a newly created recipe,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The recipe used in this batch has missing or invalid instruction-task associations. You must update the instruction-task attributes to correct these issues prior to batch creation


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create recipe with enhanced process instructions
2. Try to create batch

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create batches with this recipe.
