Error "Account Generator Failed (SuppName=SUPPLIER) (SiteCode=SUPPLIER SITE)" Occurs for Multiple Items When Users Attempt to Consume Raw Material on the Material Transactions Form (Doc ID 2728965.1)

Symptoms

Users are unable to Consume Raw Material item within the Material Transaction form

While attempting to consume a raw material item (xxxxxx) and when processing the consumption action, we receive an error message that states "Account Generator Failed (SuppName=xxxxx) (SiteCode=xxxxxx)".

A second raw material item from this same supplier and site also exhibits the same issue and error message 

Users have reviewed the item and the current item configuration should allow for this transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate to the Material Transactions form
2. Attempt to consume the consigned inventory using a consumption transaction
