Element And Plan Level Value Discrepancy In Forms And OAF Pages (Doc ID 2729033.1)

On : 12.2.8 version, Collection Plans

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is an Element and Plan Level Value Discrepancy between the Forms UI and OAF pages

Data between Oracle application form name "Collection Quality Result" and Oracle web page named "Workbench Collection Result" should be in sync which is not the case.

According to observation, for seeded elements oracle web page "Workbench Collection Result " reflects Element Level values instead of Plan level values whereas in the application form "Collection Quality Result" shows only Plan Level values.
For Non seeded elements in oracle web page "Workbench Collection Result " which reflects Plan level values and in the application form "Collection Quality Result" it is the same.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect "Collection Quality Result" and Oracle web page named "Workbench Collection Result" to be in sync

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
11) Update Quality Result > Enter Plan Name
(2) Workbench > Collection Results > Enter Organization > Enter Plan Name > Select Plan Name > Add Data


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use forms Collection Quality Result" and OAF "Workbench Collection Result" in sync
