Symptoms
When attempting to apply a receipt to a transaction, the transaction does not show in the List of Values (LOV) even though the invoice is open and for the same customer.
The LOV shows other transactions for the customer, but not the transaction to which the receipt is to be applied
STEPS

Receivables Responsibility
Navigation: Receipts > Receipts
Create Receipt or Query existing Receipt
Click the Apply Button to find the transaction
The transaction is not visible.
