On : 12.2.4 version, SUPPORT
After login into EBS, responsibilities are not visible
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Build a new EBS instance
2. Login into EBS

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the assigned responsibilities in EBS home page after login.
