Exception: JBO-27122 When Try To Update The Bill Or Ship To Addresses (Doc ID 2729609.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Support Codes

After applying the patch 29994753:R12.CSI.B.  When attempting to update the Bill-to or Ship-to to addresses of instance,
the following error occurs.

java.sql.SQLException: Invalid column index

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to (R) Installed Base Agent User > Item Instances
2. Search for the instance
3. Click on update icon
4. Click on Locations tab and enter the bill_to or ship_to address.
5. Click on Save.  Error displayed on page.
