Symptoms
Depot Repair form shows following error while querying for RMA /Sales Order Number
ERROR

IPL: Price Was Not Found On price list XXXXXX For This Item NNNN and uom YY.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to applications
2. Go to Depot Repair Manager responsibility
3. Navigate to Depot Workbench
4.Query for any RMA/Sales Order Number
