On EAM - Oracle Enterprise Asset Management, 12.1.3 version, Work Execution
When attempting to release a particular WO, the following error occurs:

1. (R) Enterprise Asset Management
2. (N) Work Orders > Work Orders (form)
3. Query WO#
4. Release. >> Error occurs.
