Receiving Error When Trying To Create An Asset In Enterprise Asset Management (Doc ID 2729793.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create an asset number using the Define Asset Numbers form (EAMFANDF), the following error occurs.


ERROR

Insert procedure failed with the following error message


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management.
2. Go to Define Asset Numbers form.
3. Enter fields such as asset group.
4. Save.
5. Receive the aforementioned error.
