Putaway Error for LPN with Quantities Received from Multiple PO Lines

Symptoms
On : 12.2.8 version, Inbound Processing
While user is trying to drop LPN from MSCA the following error is thrown

"Error processing task".
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Receive multiple Purchase Order lines into single LPN using Receiving Open Interface.
Populate PO_DISTRIBUTION_ID on RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE.
2) Try to perform Putaway from Mobile
Navigation : Tasks -> Manual Task -> Directed Move -> Move Any LPN
2) Enter LPN to putaway.
Error is raised
