ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In iSupplier Portal when performing a change request with a Split at shipment line level the split creates non sequential Shipment number
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect split shipment line to create next split line in sequential order
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with iSupplier Login
2. Click on Orders
3. Purchase Orders tab > View "All Purchase Orders"
4. From Actions LOV select "Request Changes"
5. Go to Shipment level and click on Split icon on shipment line
6. A new shipment line appears but it is not in sequential order (ex. first line is 1 the next line is 7)
