Transactions with the Same Processed Date are Not Being Calculated in the Correct Order (Doc ID 2730298.1)

Symptoms

When commissions are imported into the system into apps.cn_comm_lines_api_all most commission records have the same processed date. When commissions are recalculated, the records often get shuffled and calculated in a different order which can affect the commission amount. This issue results in the systematic commission calculation changing from prior months and results in a change in the commission amount. The calculation changes could result in thousands of dollars showing owed in commission simply because the transactions are changing calculation order.
