Accounting Rule is not Defaulting from Billing Profile for Service Contracts Created from Order Management (Doc ID 2730366.1)

 On 12.2.X,

Actual Behavior
Accounting Rule is not picked from Billing Profile when contract is created from OM with Full Billing from Contracts option. Contract is created with accounting rule as Immediate.

Expected Behavior
Accounting rule from billing profile attached to sales order line should be populated on contract

Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Create a sales order and enter a service line
2. Use billing option as Full Billing from Service Contracts
3. Enter a billing profile with a different accounting rule.
4. Fulfill the sales order.
5. Contract is created with default accounting rule Immediate

Business Impact
Required accounting rule not populated on contract and lines
