On 12.2.X,
Actual Behavior
==========
Accounting Rule is not picked from Billing Profile when contract is created from OM with Full Billing from Contracts option. Contract is created with accounting rule as Immediate.
Expected Behavior
============
Accounting rule from billing profile attached to sales order line should be populated on contract
Steps to reproduce the issue
==================
1. Create a sales order and enter a service line
2. Use billing option as Full Billing from Service Contracts
3. Enter a billing profile with a different accounting rule.
4. Fulfill the sales order.
5. Contract is created with default accounting rule Immediate
