Advanced Search Based On Descriptive Flex Field Not Working On Find Service Request When Using "=" Condition On Date Field (Doc ID 2730413.1)

Symptoms



Advanced search based on  Descriptive Flex Field (DFF) not working on Find Service Request when condition "=" equal to values is used in case of dates.It throws the following error instead of displaying search results

ERROR
-----------------------
 No data found using these search criteria


WHAT IS WORKING
-----------------------------
When condition ">" Is used search results are displayed as expected


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application
2 Go to Service responsibility
3. Navigate to Service Requests>Find Service Requests
4.Go to Advanced Tab
5.In Item Choose DFF with date value
6.In condition give "=" and choose date
Observe the above error
