Need To Transfer Timecard Details To Projects Using Projects And Payroll Layout (Doc ID 2731195.1)

Symptoms

OTL is configured to use OTLR with the Projects and Payroll layout. The comments in the additional details fields do not transfer to Projects.

Due to this issue, users cannot see the details entered in the timecard on the expenditure in Projects.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Configure the Expenditure Items DFF and the Additional OTL Details DFF
2. Process time card and transfer to Projects
