"Value xxxx for the flexfield segment Reporting Unit does not exist" While Creating New Receipt Class (Doc ID 2731420.1)

Symptoms

While creating a Receipt Class, the following error is encountered:

Value xxxx for the flexfield segment Reporting Unit does not exist in the value set XXXX_GL_REPORTING_UNIT.

Steps to Reproduce

Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation: Setup > Receipts > Receipt Classes

Create a new Receipt Class.
Save the record.

The value xxxx (displayed in error message) is already Enabled in the Value Set definition.
