After Patching and logging in, getting a blank homepage (Doc ID 2731431.1)

Symptoms

- After applying SA legislative patch 30961414 and its pre-req 28862999, users get a blank page after logging in.

- compiling JSPs errors out for OAErrorPage.jsp


                               
- upon checking the version of OAFwkUtils, found out that the current version is older than the current Framework Code release (R12.ATG_PF.C.Delta.7 in this case)

Current OAFwkUtils is 120.1.12020000.2 instead of 120.1.12020000.6

 Issue happened after applying patch 30961414 and its pre-req 28862999
