While using the new functionality in RUP14 that allows a learning administrator to delete a learning certification subscription following error is seen

ERROR
-----------------------
Page times out after 10 min and after session becomes inactive from gv$session the subscription was removed.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Learning Administration>Catalogue>Search for learning certification>Subscriptions>select someone who is already subscribed and click on the delete
button
2.After 10min the page times out;
