Budgetary Control Is Setup As 'Absolute', Requistion Commitment Exceeds Budget (Doc ID 273180.1)

Symptoms

Create a requisition in Purchasing.
Created distribution lines against a Project and Task.
Verify the amount being specified will exceed the budget for the project.

Find that there is no Funds Check when the requisition is saved.

Run Update Project Summary Amounts process in the Projects application.
Notice that the Project Status Inquiry is showing the amount which exceeds the budget.
