Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Packing Workbench

Actual behavior

During Cross Project LPN Consolidation, the user has a problem when using Direct Ship of the outer LPN to another
warehouse using a new ISO. The shipping part goes fine but when attempting to
do a receipt of the outer LPN in the destination organization, only the 2 inner LPNs
are available when choosing the Internal Shipment. If the user tries with Internal Requisition he receives
the error below:

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Warehouse management responsibility
2. Perform Express receipt
