When trying to select a 'Problem' within the Service Request tab of the eBusiness Center (ASTRCALL.fmb), click on the LOV in the problem field, and receive the following error
FRM-41053: CANNOT FIND CANVAS: INVALID ID
1. (R) Go to any Telesales responsibility
2. (N) eBusiness Center, Customer record, Service Request tab
3. Go to Problem field, LOV
4. Click on the LOV in the Problem field
5. The error message displayed
