Negotiation Detail Link Does Not Work On RFQ Invitation Notification (Doc ID 2732030.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
On RFQ invitation notification, "Negotiation Detail" link does not work and next page is not shown.

Expected Behavior
After Negotiation Detail link is clicked, RFQ detail page is shown.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Publish RFQ by buyer.
  2. Notification titled "You are invited: RFQ..." is sent to supplier users.
  3. Open notification on application, and click "Negotiation Detail" link.
  4. Next page is not shown.
