Symptoms

When attempting to apply prepayment, the following error occurs in form CLEF221MATCH form.

ERROR

"ORA-01422 : exact fetch returns than requested number of row & ORA-06512 : at "APPS.CLE_F221_VOP_APPLN_PKG", line 2507"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to apply the prepayment on standard invoice
