Symptoms
When attempting to query for the project,
the following error occurs.

ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Project self service responsibility,
2. Navigate to Projects: Delivery > Search Project
3. Query for the project
