"Split Shipment" Action Wrongly Sets The "Hazardous" Flag On Shipment (Doc ID 2732307.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
An order release is created with 4 ship units and only one among them is Hazardous Item.All 4 ship units are created into single shipment.

Then performed "Split Shipment" based on Ship Units for each shipunits. All the 4 shipments are marked hazardous instead of marking only 1 shipment which is containing Hazardous ship unit.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The hazardous flag on shipment should be flagged based on ship unit used.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a shipment with multiple ship units with mixture of hazardous items and non-hazardous items
2. split shipment and check hazardous flag in the shipment.
