Symptoms

On : EBS versions 12.2.3 - 12.2.8

Form Session getting disconnected when a user accesses a form with flexfield with the following error in forms:


ERROR
-----------------------
FRM-92100: Your connection to the server was interrupted
This may be the result of a network error, or a faiure on the server
You will need to reestablish your session

Java.io.EOFEXCEPTION
at java.io.DatainputStream.readUnsignedByte(Unknown Source)
at oracle.forms.engine.Message.readDetails(Unknown Source)
at oracle.forms.engine.Message.readDetails(Unknown Source)
at oracle.forms.net.StreamMessageReader.run(Unknown Source)

The following error are found in the forms managed server logs

java.io.IOException: FRM-93000: Unexpected internal error.
Details : No HTTP headers received from runform

Opening forms with flexfields

 Applied patches that delivered new code for flexfields
