Problem Code and Resolution Code Mapping Buttons Are Disabled. (Doc ID 2732472.1)

After applying "ORACLE APPLICATIONS RELEASE 12.2: CPU PATCH FOR JUL 2020" some of the buttons in the Problem Code Mapping and Resolution Code Mapping screens are no longer enabled.
On the Problem Code Mapping screen, cannot select the "Un-mapped Problem Codes" and "Create Problem Code Mapping" buttons cannot be selected.
On the Resolution Code Mapping screen these same buttons are enabled.
However after selecting the "Create Resolution Code Mapping" button, cannot select the "Search" button or "Add Resolution Code" button.
