Can Start Date For Service Contract From OM Be Based On SHIPPING Date Instead Of INSTALL DATE? (Doc ID 2732529.1)

A service contract is created from an order in OM.
The service contract is created. However the lines are created in status EXPIRED because the start date is taken from the INSTALL DATE of the IB record - not the newest SHIPPING DATE.
This is the case where a serial was returned from one customer and is now shipped out to a different customer.
The INSTALL DATE was NOT updated and remains the original install date.

How can we define that the contract should be from the SHIPPED DATE?
