On : 12.2.9 version, Collections Agent UI

Not able to Access Collections- Error: APP-AST-207069

ERROR

User not able to access Collections Application.
User is trying to access Collection Agent Responsibility. Getting the error message "Error: APP-AST-207069: This user ID has not been set up as a sales force.Please contact the System Administrator"


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

User not able to access Collections Application.
User is trying to access Collection Agent Responsibility. Getting the error message "Error: APP-AST-207069: This user ID has not been set up as a sales force.Please contact the System Administrator"
