Sales Outlook Synchronization Add-In error crashes Outlook during startup

Oracle Outlook Synchronization is crashing Outlook and we are unable to use it.

We are implementing Oracle Outlook Synchronization and are currently testing this with select users before deploying to the entire user community.
While installing the Outlook Add-in we are encountering issues resulting in crashing of the Synchronization Add-in on one of the user's PC.
