Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, WIP Costing

The EBS Procurement Receiving Analyzer, under the Receiving Validations section, has identified there are records stuck in the RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE table.
When trying to find records to Receive, Return or Correct for specific Purchase Order, the following error occurs: APP-PO-14094: No records meet your search criteria

This has reference to RTP - Receiving Transaction Processor failing with error:

RVTOO-010: Subroutine rvtooperation() returned error.
Cause:      Subroutine rvtooperation() returned an internal error.  Returned
error message is: FND
Action:     Note this error number and the actions you are trying to perform.
