Error and Debrief Information Does Not Get Populated on the Charges HTML Page (Doc ID 2732697.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Charges UI, APIs, and schema

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Debrief details are not created as charges when clicking on the Auto Generate button in the HTML Charges page.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the charge lines to be created from debrief details


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Service responsibility
2. Create Service Request and Task.
4. Enter Debrief lines.
5. Task assignment status is set to "Working"
6. Navigate to Charges and logistics and click on Auto generate button.

No error on the page, but charge lines are not created and no error message displayed on the debrief page.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Business is not able to auto generate the debrief to the charges and review the charges price before setting the task status to Complete.
After reviewing the charges, task will be updated to Complete.
