On : 12.2 HRMS RUP13 version, Australian Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
STP does not pick up terminated employees Gross Payment

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Running STP in Update event should show Gross Payment for terminated employees

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute STP in Update mode
2. Notice that no 'This Pay' values are showing in SOE and Validation Report has 'Gross Payment' as zero

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete processing terminated employee.
