iSupplier Portal (iSP) PO Search Requires Supplier Name be Entered for External iSP Users
In iSupplier Portal when as an External Supplier user and searching for POs, the application is requiring a Supplier Name be entered in order to complete search. That should not be the case for when the user is the supplier.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Supplier field requirements to be entered should not occur for external iSupplier users who are the supplier.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iSupplier Portal > Purchase Order tab
2. Have to enter supplier name in the search criteria to be able to search for the PO
