R12: AP: Why Is Workflow Is Failing With Error ORA-06508: PL/SQL: Could Not Find Program Unit Being Called (Doc ID 2733410.1)

Goal

Workflows are failing because of this below error, after compiling new code (package body ) in PROD.

ERROR
ORA-04061: existing state of has been invalidated ORA-04061: existing state of package body "APPS.XXTABS_CS_TASK_AUTOMATIONS_PKG" has been invalidated
ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped package body "APPS.XXTABS_CS_TASK_AUTOMATIONS_PKG"
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.XXTABS_CS_TASK_AUTOMATIONS_PKG"

The issue DOES NOT Occur after bouncing workflow agent listener service.  And the issue Not occur on other non-PROD instance.

What is the root cause of the issue to avoid it in the future.
