IB Error - "There is no UOM Class defined in the Inventory, the Unitof Measure Code passed (UNIT_OF_MEASURE=EA)"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Apps
2. Navigate to Installed Base Admin (R)
3. Error Processing form

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the instance details in Install base .
