On : 12.2.8 version, Project Definition

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Project reporting is not showing data even though the set up is done

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go in Projects responsibility > Projects: Delivery > Search Project > find your project and go to Reporting > Performance tab
2. See no data is displayed
