ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

FSG report output not showing all segment values when selected display as 'E' Expand in Rowset

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

FSG report must show complete segment value when selected 'E' Expand as display in Rowset

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to GL responsibility
2. Navigate to SRS window
3. Submit single request
4. Submit Program - Publish FSG Report


BUSINESS IMPACT
