On : 12.2.9 version, Project Definition
When attempting to query last record in Expenditure Item form,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

FRM-92102 A network error has occurred.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Projects Accounting Responsibility
2. Inquiry > Expenditure Inquiry
3. Open the form and query last record.
Changes
The patch suggested in the note '2629037.1' is already tested.
