Performance Issue While Removing Borrowed Resources From Department (Doc ID 2734210.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While trying to remove Borrowed resources, assigned to a Department, users encounter performance issues.
In some cases, users requires to log-out of current session, as changes are not saved and the form cannot be closed.

While tracing this behavior, you can see that below SQL is having performance issues:

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users expect to remove the Borrowed resources from a Department, without having these performance issues.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Bills of Material responsibility->Routings->Departments -> <Select the related Department>
  2. Click on Resources button.
  3. Try to remove Resources from the Borrowed Resource section and observe the performance issue.
