GLAMAS: Run MassAllocations

Symptoms

When attempting to generate Mass Allocation, the following error occurs.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to EBS, using the General Ledger Super User Responsibility
2. Navigate to Journals > Generate > Allocation / Generate MassAllocations
3. Check and notice the error encountered.
