Symptoms

KCenter is installed with Windows authentication (domain\username). 

When running the User Import Utility OR a direct publish from Developer the following error occurs:

ERROR MESSAGE:
----------------------
Login failed to authenticate to server.
Please verify the Server URL, Username, and Password, and Workgroup
