For example:
In https://www.acquisition.gov/sites/default/files/manual/PSC_Data_October_2020.xlsx

Code D306 - ADP SYSTEMS ANALYSIS SERVICES has been expired, replaced with D.
Code D - IT AND TELECOM - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS

In CLM and Federal Financials, the attribute based on this lookup still show D306 with old description
