Symptoms
When attempting to progress/retry workflow orders complete with Exception Error at the Header level and the following error occurs:

Book - Order, Manual Book Exception Error WFENG_COMMIT_INSIDE 3146: Commit happened in activity/function 'BOOK_PROCESS_ASYNCH:BOOK_ORDER/OE_BOOK_WF.BOOK_ORDER'
STEPS
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Order Organizer > Query Sales Order nnnn506
3. Header: Booked
Header Transactions Type: US XXXX Sale
Header WF: Book - Order, Manual Book Exception Error
4. Lines (3 order lines)
Status: Booked
Line WF: Enter - Line Wait for Booking Notified
