Symptoms
On : 12.2.X version, running Autoconfig
When attempting to run autoconfig on the database or application tier, the following error occurs.

Autoconfig hangs
In DB alert.log
TNS-12535: TNS:operation timed out
ns secondary err code: 12606
nt main err code: 0
nt secondary err code: 0
nt OS err code: 0
Client address: (ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=xx.xx.xx.xx)(PORT=1521))
WARNING: inbound connection timed out (ORA-3136)
Changes
There were no changes in EBS, but the disks access were modified. Running autoconfig was hanging
