Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the Invoice Workbench (APXINWKB) the Exchange Protocol Hold "AWAIT EXP APP" is not applied when match a prepayment to an invoice.
Same issue occurs when Payment is Unapplied and reapplied again, Exhange Protocol Hold is not triggered.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected that Exchange Protocol hold to be applied

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payables > Invoices > Entry > Invoices
2. Match Prepayment
3. Actions > Apply/ Unapply Prepayment
4. Exchange Protocol Hold is not prompted
5. Same issue occurs when Prepayment is Unapplied and reapplied again
