Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Product Hub Bulkload

Structure Bulkload concurrent program errors with the following:

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Recent upgrade of EBS from 12.2.6 to 12.2.9.
2. Run Structure Bulkload concurrent program
