Problem Statement
When attempting to perform Completion Transactions
the following error occurs.

Error
No quantity to complete in this Job/Schedule, Please re-enter

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Completion Transaction form
  2. Query the job
  3. Click on Continue
